1 – Ordering
All orders for Broadfork or any other garden tool must be sent to us preferably via the online shop or possibly by post. We reserve the right to make any changes to our equipment without prior notice, without having to modify the equipment already delivered or to be delivered.
If you have the opportunity, we will be very happy to receive you in our shop.
2 – Offer
The offers available for distance selling are proposed in our online shop. Other offers sold at the garden centre are not necessarily available for mail order. The prices of our products are subject to revision according to the conditions of our suppliers and the market conditions.
3 – Invoicing
Our invoices are drawn up at the price in force on the date of the order. Payment of any discounts is made in the form of a credit note; it is subject to the payment of all our invoices on the due date. Due to possible variations in the cost of labour and raw materials, we reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, without prior notice, as well as our shipping conditions.
4 – Delivery time
Deliveries are made according to availability. In case of impossibility to provide the material, as well as to deliver within the agreed time, no damages can be claimed.
5 – Delivery
A fixed contribution to the cost of postage and packaging of our products is invoiced. This contribution is variable according to the products. It is calculated as close as possible to the real costs incurred on average for shipping the product. The products travel at the buyer’s risk, even in the case of return. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make all reservations and to exercise any possible recourse against the carriers in the event of damage or shortage.
6 – Returns
The buyer has 15 days to return the products with which he is not satisfied. The return postage costs are at the customer’s expense.
7 – Payment
The payment of the products is made at the time of order.
8 – Warranty
The warranty entitles the customer to exchange the products, with labour and transport costs being borne by the customer. It does not cover defects that would result from non-compliance with the instructions for use of the products, or from any modification or intervention by the customer or a third party without our agreement.
9 – Attribution of competence
In the event of a dispute, the Commercial Court of Brest shall have jurisdiction.
10 – Agreement
In all cases, we prefer a frank discussion by telephone rather than a written statement.
